to start out a brand new blog?
Well, how about an overview of life?
Chapter One, I am born...
Ha, okay, I promise, no more Dicken's quotes. You really shouldn't quote someone you've never actually read, anyway. It'srude. Although how it's possible to be rude to a dead man, I'm not sure. It just it. So hush.
Well, in the life of Clarke, while I feel incredibly busy, there really isn't much of any value or excitement going on.
I'm gone from the house for eleven hours every day now. I wake up at seven (formerly six, which was torture), am in the car and on the road by seven thirty (it needs to start being seven twenty five, traffic is much worse after seven than it is at six thirty). If traffic hasn't kicked my ass, I'm at work by eight. Then I spend six hours running around like a Maniac at the cafe', taking roders, washing dishes, chopping vegetables, wiping down tables, changing creamers... I could go on and on, but I won't. At two I get off work and... Go to my other work! I then spend three hours playing with a somewhat tempermental (but adorable and awesome) three year old.
Seriously, my current nannying job is great. The parents are responsible, sane, and pay me on time, and the daughter is incredibly smart, if completely and totally stubborn.
When I'm not working or driving between works, I'm on my computer, living other people's lives (roleplaying; anyone who knows me knwos what this is), or possibly surfing YouTube and yodeling along with all the big broadway tunes I can find to the 'delight' of my family.
They should just be glad my computer's in the bedroom now, instead of in the front room.
Small favors, right?
